About Castle, Capes & CLones
Castles, Capes and Clones is an online content provider aimed at discussing the Walt Disney Company, its subsidiaries, assets and intellectual properties. It is a site created by Disney fans for Disney fans such as yourselves. It started as a blog by Loren Javier as a way of expressing his love of all things Disney. In 2013, he rebranded his blog as Castles, Capes & Clones as an effort to educate the Disney community about Marvel and Star Wars. In 2019, Rich Romasanta joined Loren on this venture to expand the brand, starting with a podcast.
Our aim is to cover all aspects of the Walt Disney Company, from Walt Disney Animation Studios to Pixar, from Disney Live Action to 21st Century Fox, from Marvel to Lucasfilm, and from The Muppets to ABC. Nothing is left uncovered.
Our blog provides up to date commentary, reviews and news, while our podcast, hosted by Loren and Rich, provides more focused topical discussions. We also have a YouTube Channel in which we provide dynamic content about Disney.
The presence on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are used to promote the blog and podcast as well as spark continued conversation on topics.

Loren Javier has been a Disney fan his entire life. Marvel Comics helped him learn how to read. And he saw Star Wars: A New Hope more than 100 times when it was originally released. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Character Animation from the California Institute of the Arts. He also has had 25 years of experience in communications and public affairs for various non-profit organizations. His favorite Disney animated movie is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, his favorite Marvel Superheroes are Captain America and Thor and Star Wars: A New Hope is his favorite in the saga. Loren has been to all the parks around the world as well as the Aulani.
Rich Romasanta
Writer, Filmmaker, Musician, Star Wars Nerd
Born in Chicago and eventually moved to California. He spent his youth making up his own adventure stories using his Star Wars and G.I. Joe figures and after a magical trip to Disney' MGM Studios, he decided to be a filmmaker.

In addition to filmmaking, he is also a musician and a writer.

He likes short walks on the beach, puppy and corn dogs. He has an irrational fear of spiders and that fish flinging muppet
